1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the tk1791 platform. If tk1791 identifies that a player has created duplicate accounts — whether intentionally or otherwise — tk1791 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any winnings generated across those accounts.

3.1 Account Verification (KYC)

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Currency

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tk1791 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to launder funds, process fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity designed to disguise the origins of illegally obtained money.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or other multi-player game format.
• Automated systems: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.

tk1791 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of temporary service outages, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions outside of our reasonable control.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

tk1791 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk1791 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by applicable regulations, tk1791 may notify registered players of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the tk1791 platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions, along with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk1791 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
